"Still holding up"
Got this stainless table a few months back. Still solid. No rust. No wobble. I use it every day in the garage and it takes plenty of abuse. Happy with it.

"Bulk order went Smooth"
I placed a big order and it went better than I expected. Everything showed up in good shape, which was a relief. The tracking was kinda quiet for a couple days so I did have to reach out, but they got back to me and the delivery came when they said it would. I'd use them Again for bulk stuff

I bought this accessory thinking it would match my sink based on the listing, but when it arrived, it really didn’t look right at all. I feel a bit misled because the photos and description made it seem like it would be a good match. Disappointing...

"Surprisingly Well Packed"
I wasn’t expecting much, because you know how some orders show up looking like they survived a small disaster. But this one was actually packed really well. Nothing was loose, nothing was scratched, and the box held up just fine during delivery. So, pleasantly surprised they took the time to be careful with it for once.

The finish matched really well, like, I was sure it was going to blend in, and it totally did. The color was just a tiny bit off, but barely enough to notice unless you’re really looking for it.

"Really easy support experience"
I had a quick question about my order they got back to me way faster than I expected. I didn’t have to keep following up or wait around for days, which is such a relief, right? The person I spoke with was really nice and helped sort everything out without making it complicated. Solid customer service overall, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Finally, stainless sheets that didn’t disappoint"
I ordered some stainless sheets and, surprisingly enough, they showed up solid, clean, and actually cut right. Wild concept, I know. The quality feels way better than what I’ve bought locally before, so I’m happy with it.

"Showed up way quicker than I expected"
I ordered from thestainlessdepotcompany.com and figured it might take a bit, but nope, it got here fast. I got the shipping updates along the way, and the package showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. not much else to say, it was just a smooth order and I’m glad I wasn’t waiting around forever. I’d order from them again if I needed more stuff.

I had a problem with my order and had to email support to get it sorted. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but they did fix it, and that’s what I’m remembering most right now. Since everything’s good now, I’m happy with how it turned out.

My order got here quickly, which I was happy about at first. But once I opened the box, I immediately figured it must’ve been handled roughly because the stainless piece had a few scratches and one corner was a little bent. It still does the job for what I need, so I decided not to deal with returning it. Still, for the price, I assumed it would show up cleaner and packed a bit better. kind of disappointing
